House Swartz

A proposal to align the entertainment areas of the existing house with the needs of the client and to integrate the existing swimming pool area with the house. The differing wishes of the client resulted in the separation of the formal lounge from the entertainment areas and the creation of a new deck, outdoor braai area and external treatment and landscaping of the area around the pool.
