Bloomingdales Office Park

Following the emigration of the original Architect, b4 Architects were asked to complete the design of a third office block for the Bloomingdales Office Park. While the design had to replicate the existing two buildings, the advent of the new SANS-10400 regulations has required the redesign of several aspects of the building to comply with the new regulations, most notably the additional of sun shielding elements.
