Port St. Johns 1st Beach Apartments

Port St Johns, Wild Coast

A proposal for a multi-storey set of Hotel Apartments with secure undercover parking on a site with panoramic views of 1st Beach in Port St. John’s. The building has been broken into components concentrated around a centrally courtyard and swimming pool. Internally the use of loft spaces, contemporary finishes and open plan living maximise the use of the magnificent views from the apartments.
